Materialised from a love of textiles and creative ideas ~ Gloria is a project by New Zealand artist and designer Kristine Crabb.
Based in Tāmaki Makaurau, Aotearoa, Gloria is a cross-disciplinary and multi-sensory studio, embracing a fluid platform; both online and in store ~ with a burgeoning collection of ready-to-wear clothing, made-to-order projects, Gloria Parfum, photography, video and more.
Each special Gloria piece is hand made in Auckland Gloria studio.
The ready-to-wear collection is a series of limited production runs of new work as well as contemporary favourites from Kristine's beloved archive; with a focus on creative ideas and requirements for modern life.
Over her 20 year career, Kristine's work has pushed boundaries of beauty and a feeling of freedom. Producing a fluid, adaptable and inclusive style. The pieces are at once modern and subversive yet classic and enduring.
Gloria is named after Kristine’s paternal grandmother and this project is dedicated to her singular, inclusive and curious spirit.
