A rare & exciting opportunity has become available to join the Miss Crabb team as Retail Manager of our flagship store. We are looking for a dedicated, creative & passionate individual to manage our beautiful store & maintain our reputation for excellence in customer service.

This role provides the successful applicant invaluable experience to work with all the members of the team & in all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Customer Service

Retail Staff management: rostering, staff training, recruitment & hiring.

Instore Event Management

Developing & maintaining VIP customer relationships

POS & stock management  

Retail & online sales management

Identifying & communicating PR opportunities with the team.

Acting as liaison between the store & the management team

Previous retail experience is essential & management experience is preferred.
