Miss Crabb's exclusive Bic Runga band merchandise
Oct 19, 2017

Kristine Crabb’s obsession with 80’s and 90’s band tee’s stemmed a rock n roll collaboration with one of New Zealand’s most talented musicians, Bic Runga, who is celebrating the 20th year since the release of her iconic album ‘Drive’. Together, designing band merchandise that will be available in store at Miss Crabb alongside Bic’s New Zealand tour starting this Friday.

Working with Son La Pham of DDMMYY and Le Roy magazine to create the striking graphics, featuring Bic’s iconic portraits. They are printed by local Auckland screen printer Seabreeze Apparel, channeling your traditional rock ‘n’ roll band tee. These are complemented by an original Miss Crabb approach; classic t-shirt styles with poetic embroideries of song lyrics and illustrations by Bic’s partner, musician Kody Neilsen.

'Drive' Tee $135 in Miss Crabb and through out Bic's NZ tour

The t-shirt itself is completely made in NZ and is a classic subversive Miss Crabb style. It’s the chance to own a uniquely NZ piece of music history, while adding a little ‘90’s cool’ to your wardrobe. As an essential item in every modern man or women's wardrobe; band tee’s are a tangible piece of a party you’ll never forget.
